For now, I only open portrait offer. Please make sure that you actually want a painting in my style. I will not copy other artists' style. Of course I'll do my best to fulfill any of your request. Do note that I love drawing girls! especially soft, and delicate girls!. I also love drawing flowy clothing and flowers!

Finished Commissions

Headshot Portrait - $30

Local price: Rp200.000,00
Flat color background. For more complex background, there will be an additional price starting from $5.
Base layout head and body only, there will be added prices if you wish to add hand gestures and other decorations starting from $5.
Default canvas size is A4, 350dpi. You can request for different size without any additional charge.
One figure per canvas. An additional price of 75% will be added for each extra figure (max. 3 per canvas)
For personal use only! For commercial use there will be an additional price.

Bust Portrait - $40

Local price: Rp300.000,00

Terms of Service

By commissioning me and being my client, you agree to the Terms of Service below

01 General Terms:

Prices are subject to change based on demand.
I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

02 Payment

Currency accepted is USD and can be paid through PayPal or Ko-fi.
Commissions can be paid either 100% after sketch approval or split 50% after sketch approval and 50% after finished.
Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

03 Process & Delivery

The time it takes to finish your commission varies 3 days - a week depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, and con seasons.
Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. Note that there is no physical product. For now, I can't offer printing, but after you get your painting, you are free to print it yourself!

04 Revisions

You get 2 rounds of revisions on the commissioned piece included in the price.
A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.
If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge.

05 Copyright & Usage

I, Arumdhati (the artist):
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
- I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.
You (the client/commissioner):
- You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (printing, reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc INCLUDING NFTs!)
- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
- You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.
- You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
- You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- Altering the artwork without my consent
- In some cases, the commercial rights to the image may be purchased.

06 Cancellation& Refund policy

The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
If you are unable to finish your payment after paying the down payment, you will not get a refund and I will not finish your commissions.
If I am unable to finish your commission, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

Step by Step

Please contact the artist via Twitter DM or Discord chat.
The artist will provide a form for the client to fill with necessary informations.
All request will automatically be put on the waiting list, please be patient.
The artist will contact the client when the artist is ready to do the request.
The artist will provide rough sketch with base colors.
The client is allowed to make any revisions needed at this point.
The client needs to pay for down payment 50% or 100% of the art price before the artist continue.
The artist will provide update by the 3rd day at most, the client have the chance to give minor revisions before the artist start rendering the art.
After everything is fixed, the artist will proceed to finish the art.
The client needs to pay for the rest of the art's price (if not yet)
The artist will send the finished art piece through e-mail or google drive.
